Bighorn National Forest is a Vast Landscape

One of the oldest forest lands, protected by the government, is located in Northern Wyoming. Bighorn National Forest encompasses more than 1.1 million acres of land, along the Big Horn Mountains.

The forest is approximately eighty miles long and thirty miles wide and ranges in elevation from 5,500 feet to 13,175 feet.
